In order to attend, you have to RESERVE your spot before coming to class through the Wodify app. If your spot is not reserved, I cannot allow you to participate in that class. Reservations are a must!

You are able to reserve classes as early as 5 DAYS in advance. If a class is full, you can hit “Join Waitlist.” You will automatically be added to that class in the order in which you joined the waitlist, if someone cancels their reservation. Please keep in mind joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in that class. If you are not able to attend a class that you have already reserved, please cancel your reservation ASAP so someone else can snag your spot. If you fail to cancel your spot, that spot will still count against you for that week.

Where to begin, Karlie not only is a friend but literally transformed my physical appearance and my mental focus too. When I started boot camp online with her, I just needed to tone some areas. After 3 months not only had I went down in Ibs, I went down 2 pant sizes and made some incredible muscle mass. I didn't expect it at all but couldn't be more thankful for all her help and vent sessions too.
